Going vegan for a month is not just about a healthier lifestyle, it also helps the environment. For me, it is a great way to start the year and who knows, it could even mean the way to start a new life once I will experience the benefits of veganism. I never been a real meat eater and as a big animal lover I want to make a change and stop hurting animals and reduce  their suffering.
