I was born in the picturesque city of Sibiu in Transylvania, Romania and lived in several European countries and America.

As a daughter, mother, wife and passionate advocate for public health I am cycling the 2023 Ride Africa to raise money for Child.org. All funds donated will empower women in Kenya with health information and connect them with health services, helping them have safer pregnancies and births. 

In 2009, during my Master studies in Oslo, I visited Nairobi, Kenya to analyze the impact of development policies on women entrepreneurs from disadvantaged areas. I promised to return!

I currently work on access to innovative medicines in the private sector in Brussels, Belgium.
