On the 11th July I am taking part in the Kindrochit Quadrathalon along side team members Ellie Harte, Simon Whitehead and David Maxwell. The quadrathlon involves a 0.8 mile swim, a 15 mile walk and run over 7 munros, an 7 mile kayak and a 34 mile cycle, all held in and around Loch Tay.
