Story
In the summer of 2025, our teenage daughter, Izzy, was diagnosed with Chronic Myeloid Leukaemia - a rare type of cancer that affects the bone marrow and white blood cells. Currently, there is no cure and it is an invisible battle for those fighting it. There are over 100 types of blood cancer.
Around 34,000 people are affected by blood cancer each year in the UK and national charities like Leukaemia Care are supporting individuals and their families through diagnosis, treatment and beyond.
In support of this wonderful charity, I have joined #TEAMLC to run the London Marathon 2026. Any donation is greatly appreciated and is guaranteed to make a positive difference.
