On March 18th 2018 I will be running the Reading Half Marathon for the charity 'Cadasil Together We Have Hope'.

Cadasil is a rare genetic disease which affects the small vessels in the brain, leading to early onset dementia, strokes and other cognitive problems.

I have chosen to raise money for Cadasil, as it is a condition which affects members of my maternal family, including my Grandfather and Mother, and could potentially affect myself and my brother in the future. This charity helps to promote awareness of the condition and conducts research to lead to a better understanding of the disease and potentially a cure. Together we have hope!
