Epilepsy Action is creating a world without limits for everyone affected by epilepsy, connecting people with others, and providing support and information you can trust. We’re calling out the misunderstanding, prejudice and barriers that stop people with epilepsy living their best life.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

In light of recent events, I have decided to donate half the money to Pancreatic Cancer Research Fund and the other half to Epilepsy Action. Please sponsor me.  Every little helps.

When I was about 14 years old, my dad had an epileptic fit.  Just out of the blue one night our world was turned upside down.  Thankfully, he didn't have any other big seizures but he is on medication for the rest of his life and his life is still affected by it.

Since then, unfortunately, epilepsy has been present in my life with two very special people having their lives affected by it. This is why I have decided to run the Great South Run to help raise funds for Epilepsy Action.  So please donate towards this worthy cause and let's start trying to make a difference to those affected by epilepsy!

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.
