I have applied to run in the London Marathon for 3 years, this is the first year I have been successful! I promised my good friend Jody Duff when I applied this year that if I got in I would run for him and MNDA. 

I received my letter saying I was accepted on 1/10/14 and was excited to tell Jody. Sadly Jody passed away on 4/10/14 :-(

Jody was an inspiration to myself and countless others, he was a fighter, a fantastic friend who lived life to the full and never let an opportunity pass him by.

Please give as little or as much as you can to such a good cause.

Jody my friend, I know you will be with me every step of the way, love you xxx
