Story
In just over a month, I'll be joining 800 others in cycling 980 miles across Britain, climbing an incredible 59,000 feet over 9 days. I'm taking on this challenge for Cancer Research.
Three years ago cancer turned my world upside down. George, my wife, was diagnosed with bowel cancer. It's been a tough journey, navigating various treatments with the support of amazing specialists. Unfortunately, her cancer is now incurable, making the development of new drugs more critical than ever.
I'm eternally grateful for Cancer Research's work. With your support, they can continue to make breakthroughs. In the UK, someone is diagnosed with cancer every two minutes, affecting half of us. While survival rates have doubled in 40 years, we can do more. Your donation can help us reach the goal of 3 in 4 people surviving cancer by 2034.
I'll be riding for George, my incredible wife, and everyone fighting the good fight.
