Hi everyone, Ciao a tutti!

I started to run a bit more than a year ago... in Rome, on a Sunday morning in Villa Borghese...lots of enthusiasm, breathlessness after 10/20 mins... but, surprisingly enough, on April 1 2012 I run the Berlin Half Marathon in 1h 41mins and a bunch of secs! I strongly wanted it...and, despite the freezing temperature, it seems I did a good run there! The best result for a "yes, I can" running campaign... 

The new challenge is now the London Half Marathon on October 28, 2012 to support the Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research charity. I have chosen this charity because a member of my family was diagnosticated with a Lymphoma a couple of years ago, but we strongly fought against the illness and won our battle. After having seen him barely walking for a while..I'm superhappy to say that he is now perfectly well and back to his fit! I do believe that helping the research against Lymphoma is absolutely fundamental...and I will definitely run for it! :-)
