Thank you so much for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.  This year I have decided to take on a couple of challenges in the hope of raising much needed funds for Alzheimers Research UK. 

My first challenge is a Skydive on 6th May...yes I have agreed to jump out of a plane at 13,000 feet eek!!  Not sure how I talked myself into that one!  My second challenge is to take part in the Great Aberdeen 10K run on 27th August...I am new to running so Couch to 10K plan has begun, with this old body its slow progress but will keep you posted as to how I am getting on!

This is a cause which is very close to my heart and what I want most is for a cure to be found for this debilitating, devastating disease that stole my dad away.  Only research has the power to defeat dementia.
