Story

On the 27th August 2020, our Dad was diagnosed with a glioblastoma, a rare and aggressive terminal brain cancer. Being told your Dad has cancer is something you can never prepare for and we want to do as much as we can to help families like ours fight this awful disease.

On the 21st July 2021, I will be cycling from Clapham to Cornwall (525km) to raise money for the Brain Tumour Charity, a charity which is very close to our hearts.The Brain Tumour Charity is the world's leading brain tumour charity and the largest dedicated funder of research into brain tumours globally. Committed to saving and improving lives, the charity is set on finding new treatments, offering support and driving urgent change.

We will also be cycling in memory of Roger Whyle, who sadly passed away on the 5th of May. A local legend who had an amazing impact on so many lives, Rog will join our group as the 30th rider.

Day 1 - London to Salisbury (156km)

Day 2 - Salisbury to Taunton (118km)

Day 3 - Taunton to Plymouth (130km)

Day 4 - Plymouth to Falmouth (121km)

Total = 525km

Thanks,

Ali Mac
