Okay, so we've had a bit of a crazy moment and decided to do the Alcatraz Challenge event. It's an aquathlon and we'll be doing it as a relay team. Alice will be swimming 2 miles from Alcatraz Island to the East Beach of Crissy Field in San Francisco (the hard bit). Then once she's finished, Ross will be running 7 miles across the Golden Gate Bridge and back. We're raising money for the Saltire Foundation who are responsible for us being in the States this summer. They provide opportunities for Scottish students to get placements all over the world and do loads of other pretty amazing stuff, but, because they're a charity, they can't do any of it without the support of donors.
