I believe in the YMCA's commitment to strengthening communities through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. But my passion lies outside the gym, swim, and youth sports for which the Y is so well recognized. In fact, our YMCA helps people who face great challenges in achieving their full potential just because of where they live or the family circumstances they were born into. From providing mentors to young people whose parents are incarcerated to emergency shelter through SafePlace services, our YMCA provides an incredible array of life-giving programs. And the new YMCA in West Louisville serves as an anchor for healthy living and neighborhood vitality. 

The annual campaign ensures these resources are available to everyone regardless of their financial ability.
