Hannah Payne Memorial Trust · 26 August 2012
After my Uncles sister Hannah Payne was killed tragically in a car accident at only 18. Her family have since set up a memorial trust to help raise money to furnish hopsital waiting rooms, these rooms are for friends and families awaiting news on their critically ill loved ones.
The trust has already supplied Northamoton General A&E with a fully furnished private waiting room. The room costs £40,000, this was funded through various donations to the charity and has already been well used by the hospital.
On Sunday 26 August I will be jumping 12,000ft in a tandem skydive in Cirencester, Gloucestershire. I am aiming to raise £350 with all of the money going to the Trust due to the Skydive company being friends of the Trust.
I have already raised an amount off line but would love for you all to help me reach my target onine as the jump is getting really close now.
The plane we will jump from on the day is reserved for the Hannah Payne Trust, so all the jumping from it will be from members doing it for the charity. This is a fantastic way to raise a big chunk of the money needed for the new hospital room!
Im getting rather nervous about the big jump now, luckily I'll be attatched to someone to encourage/push me out of the plane. So please dig as deep as you can to make the jump worthwhile.
