Hey everyone!

On the 12th June 2011 I'll be running in the Southend Half Marathon to help raise money for a charity that is very close to my heart - the Cystic Fibrosis Trust.

CF is one of the UK's most common life-threatning inherited diseases affecting over 9,000 people in the UK and currently there is no cure.

With your help I'm aiming to raise as much money as possible for the charity to help them to continue their research, so that one day (hopefully soon!) they will be able to find a cure. So please dig deep and donate now, all donations really are much appreciated! :)
