Women and Health is a local charity, which provides a range of talking and body therapies (as well as group activities) for Camden women from all walks of life and backgrounds.

They work in partnership with other agencies to target and help those women who are the most economically and socially excluded from society.

Some of their services are specifically targeted at women who have lived through domestic violence, rape and other severe trauma.

Every woman who comes to the centre carries her unique problems, issues, challenges and pain, as well as inner resources and solutions. With your donation, you will help Woman and Health to continue to provide the space and time to re-connect with the considerable strengths of these women in camden.

I have been working at Women and Health since moving to London, and it is a warm and welcoming community - an environment that you often don't find in London. Please donate even the smallest amount to help support this amazing charity, and to reassure the local women who need the therapies provided, that Women and Health will be here to stay (for at least another 20 years!). All to often these charities that the community relies upon, are disappearing due to funding cuts, and it is often too late to prevent this - please PLEAse don't let this be the case for Women and Health. Please donate what you can.

Women and Health urgently need £20,000 in the short-term to keep their services running at their current levels, but are also looking to raise £60,000 to keep going in the future.  Please help them to continue supporting the women who desperately need them.
