I have set myself a new challenge of completing an Ironman Triathlon in July. Running 26.2 miles, Cycling 100 miles and Swimming 2.4 miles all in aid of Cornwall Hospice Care.

Cornwall Hospice provides a fantastic specialist service 24/7 for terminally ill patients and their families in Cornwall. They are a charity that rely heavily on donations. Only 19% of the care they provide is funded by the local authority. With Covid-19 their fundraising events have been cancelled, their shops have remained closed and they have struggled to raise vital funds to continue caring for Cornwall.
