This is my first ever marathon, a slightly daunting prospect to say the least! 

But running has become a big part of my life recently and I wanted to channel it towards something worthwhile.

I was in Australia after Christmas, at the very height of the terrifying bush fires, and really felt the devastation of such beautiful country and such beautiful people. 

I want to help. And this is my small way of trying.
