Story

This March, I am planning to 'Run the Rainbow' to celebrate International Women's Day and raise money for the patients at St Oswald's Hospice. I chose the rainbow theme as its become a symbol of hope during a very tough year for everyone. Any kind donations you make will support families at the hospice going though a difficult time and show them that they are not alone.

I am only 10 but I am
going to try and run 50km in just one week, wearing a different colour of the rainbow each day, ending in a colourful finale on 8th March, International Woman's Day.

  • 7 colours of the rainbow
  • One colour per day - I'll dress head to toe in it!
  • 7km per day - yikes!
  • 7 days a week - no break for me!
  • With a rainbow 1km finale on International women's day, I will have completed 50km in one week!
Please consider sponsoring me if you can. This will be the most I have ever ran in one week, with no rest days. With the bad weather lately and my running club not training for almost a year, I am not at my fittest, so this will be a real challenge. I'll also be bringing my dad along for the ride, and he usually only manages one run a week and that gives him enough aches and pains!

Any donation you can spare will make it a little easier to complete my challenge. I'll share daily photos of my rainbow outfits and share a special video of my finale.

Thank you SO much for your support.
