Sadly, Alzheimer’s disease affects so many peoples lives impacting both those diagnosed and people supporting them. Unfortunately we lost my Nanny in 2022 and now my Grandad Charlie this April to this awful disease. I would like to raise as much money as possible for such a worthy cause. Along with my work mates at Meri Meri we are forming a team to complete this trek together to collectively raise awareness about Alzheimer’s and dementia, any help will be much appreciated!
