As ever, this charity is still very important to me and I hope that this year we can beat the target last raised in 2010 of £400.

A lot has happened in the past two years to make me even more motivated to raise money for Cancer Research and I hope that you will all be able to support me, no matter how small or big the amount you chose to give is.

Thankyou so much to those of you who have supported these sponsored runs over the past few years. It would be a lot harder without you all and I am always thinking of you when I am running these races.

Anything you can donate would be fantastic and I may even 'dress up' (loosely phrased) for this one so give me some ideas! Union jack-themed body paint? Croissants on my trainers?
