Over the years we have planted trees at Kande Horse for people's Birthdays. In Malawi Deforestation is a big problem, and whilst it is important to educate locals, it's also important to replenish protected land with new seedlings. 

This year we lost our best friend, and a brother to many. Jon Lewin.

He would have wanted a forest in memory of his life. So we're going to do it, and we're asking you to join us.

Planting a tree in memory of someone special is a poignant and increasingly popular way to express our sorrow and allow memory to live on. When a loved one passes, it can be a tough task to find the best way to honor their precious time with us.

 Making new life seems a good way to go about it... 

In developed countries, many live within abundance and need little materialism to mark occasions  - to plant a tree is symbolic and will be standing tall for generations to come.
