Technology such as the Freestyle Libre 2 and Omnipod Dash wireless pump have greatly improved my quality of life, and it is charities like DiabetesUK and JDRF who fundraise money to make this and other research into a cure possible. I'm undertaking this opportunity alongside my very supportive friends to raise money for an incredible charity that positively affects myself and Amy's life.
