NHS staff and volunteers are doing amazing work right now in caring for COVID-19 patients.

I am 23 years old and a trainee PE teacher. I wanted to do something to inspire children to get active and give back to the NHS for the great work they are doing. I am going to cycle 202
miles in 7 days the equivalent distance from the new Nightingale Hospital in Manchester to the Nightingale Hospital London starting on the 27^th April till 3^rd May 2020. I will be cycling on average 30 miles a day and will post my progress on Facebook and Instagram.

I have done no previous training for this so it will be a challenge to complete it.
