Some of you may be aware that I have been following the Couch to 5K programme 3 times a week. The programme means that within 9 weeks you should be able to run 5K without stopping! I am currently on week 3 moving onto week 4.

On the 11th June 2020, our neighbour passed away suddenly with a heart condition. We knew Andy very well and were devastated to hear this news.

 In lieu of flowers at the funeral, the family are asking for donations towards The British Heart Foundation and I would like to contribute.

To help me raise money please sponsor me on my journey to run 5K as it will mean a lot to me and his family.  His wife and daughters have seen me out running and know that I’m doing Couch to 5K. I would love to be able to show them the money I have raised for the charity!
