Teenage Cancer Trust's Young Person's ward at Addenbrookes Hospital gave my friend a much better place to stay as she fought blood cancer the first time around. I cannot imagine what it would have been like if Abbey had been in a regular adult ward, so I am running the Bungay Black Dog half-marathon for Teenage Cancer Trust, for the great work they do and perhaps so it can go to a bigger pot to open more Young Person's wards across the country! :)
