I'm joining 10 of Cancer Research UK's Race for Life this year.

At the end of last year I lost someone very important to me.

My amazing fit healthy Grandad was diagnosed with Lung Cancer and passed away 5 days later.

So for him decided to run Cancer Research's race for life.

But I decided one doesn't seem like enough to respect him properly and I know he would have said that 5k is pathetic!

So I've decided to run 10 5K's starting in with my first in Aylesbury on May 17th and ending on July 26th in St Albans!

Cancer does not respect age, fitness or anyone for that matter so pease give anything you can for this amazing cause!
