Story

The Challenge

In June, myself and the Oho Tribe are planning to complete the National 3 Peaks Challenge. The trek will put our minds and bodies to the ultimate test, challenging us to reach the tops of Ben Nevis, Snowdon and Scafell Pike all within 24 hours!

The Charity

We are raising on behalf of the Lily Foundation, a charity which is very close to home. Our colleague's nephew, Frankie, was diagnosed with mitochondrial disease at the age of 1. The Lily Foundation support Frankie and many alike, while working towards a future where this disease can be effectively treated or cured.

Did you know every twenty minutes a child is born who will develop Mitochondrial Disease by the age of 16? There is no cure for this disease which is for many, debilitating and life limiting.

The Lily Foundation was founded in Lily's memory, having lost her battle to Mitochondrial Disease at just eight months old. The charity aims to give hope, answers and support to the many other children and families that face the challenges of this disease today.  Please stand with us and fight Mitochondrial Disease and fight for hope.
