Story
Folks, I don't normally ask for sponsorship, but this is a charity very dear to me. They have provided me with help and support when I needed it most. They have helped me understand what Keratoconus is and its impact on individuals and their families. The progress being made in the treatment of this condition is fantastic but more needs to be done!
I was inspired by the recent achievement of my sister in law, Linda Welsh, who completed the 1 million step challenge for another charity, and I thought, in a moment of madness, that I could walk in the Scottish wind, rain and possibly even snow, between now and the end of November and give back to this amazing organisation.
I shall update you all on my progress and with a bit of luck complete the challenge in the time scale I have set and achieve my fund-raising goal.
