I will be doing Race for Life 2014 all on my own this year and have also decided to do the 10k as a personal challenge for myself!

I will be doing the 10k run on behalf of my friend Claire McCoy who's father John Bailey has been diagnosed with terminal lung cancer,  and i thought this could be my little way of showing her and her dad John my support, so please if you can please sponser me for this well deserved cause!

Also I have lost  5 stone now and have gone from a size 22 to a lovely size 12, i would also like to thank my family and friends for supporting me over the last few years.
