Story

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته The annual Queen Mary Barts London ISOC Ramadan Campaign is back! Last ramadan, Alhamdulillah we managed to sponsor 53 orphans in Syria for an entire year! (The orphans we sponsored: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qr59sMtZgbM). This Ramadan, InshaAllah, we plan to renew the sponsorship of the 53 orphans and also aim to sponsor more of our orphan brothers and sisters in Syria. The Prophet ﷺ said “ I (The Prophet ﷺ) and the person who looks after an orphan and provides for him, will be in Paradise like this. (Putting his index and middle finger together)” - [Bukhari] They are the most vulnerable people in our society and we have the chance to help them. A chance to provide them food, adequate healthcare and a shelter. Please donate as much as you can and remember to make du'a for all your brothers and sisters who are struggling all around the world. This project is also zakah eligible
