Great North Run 2023 · 10 September 2023 ·

We support children and families in two ways: 1. Offering hardship support during treatment for Primary Bone Cancer 2. Delivering distraction projects in UK hospitals for children with all forms of cancer. We do this through Storytelling and Pottery workshops which improve mental health.

Story

Thank you for supporting me with a donation to Henry Dancer Days.

Henry died 10 years ago of osteosarcoma (bone cancer), aged only 12.  The charity was founded by his Mum, Jane Nattress, to make life easier for children suffering from cancer and their families and to remember Henry.  Henry's Grandparents Gillian and Ken Irvine are well known in Morpeth for their musical events and support for local charities at St George’s URC.
