Salford Women's Aid is a local charity working to end domestic violence. We provide refuge accommodation for women and children and we run a support helpline. We provide advice, information and emotional support to people experiencing all forms of domestic abuse and sexual violence.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On the 28th May, 2017 I will run my first ever official 10k! I set this as a personal goal two years ago, and the chance to help Salford Women's Aid has pushed me further and faster (?) than I ever believed possible. Please support me as firmly as the pressure bandages on both my knees!
