In December I will be climbing Mount Kilimanjaro for Mind - the mental health charity. This is truly the biggest challenge I have ever taken on but it is for a cause I really believe in and is quite personal to me in many ways. 

By supporting a mental health charity, I know that their work will help so many people of all ages and backgrounds, and working in a school, I see on a daily basis how much that help is needed.

I am hoping to show my own children and the students I teach how anybody can tackle the challenges put in front of them and succeed, while making a difference for those facing daily challenges that they feel are too great to ever overcome.
