A recent visit to Columbia as part of my work with Tearfund inspired me to sign up for the 50k Thames path challenge. 

Tearfund work with the people living in the slums of Cartengena - these people were once living in middle class homes like you and I. Violence in their towns caused them to flee and they now live in the slums right next to the chicest city I have ever visited. We are working with these people to give them hope and dignity. I love Tearfund and the work we do.....please sponser me and help us to continue with this work.
