I’m Alison known as Dora to my wellspring colleagues volunteers and service users. I have now been with the wellspring for 6 amazing years as a project worker. I have decided to take part in a 10k run to help raise awareness and to support the day to day running in these difficult times, so that they can continue to provide key services for those that use the Wellspring as I would like to give something back because I believe in the ethos of the wellspring. I hope to raise money for them so they are able to continue supporting the homeless and vulnerable in Stockport as I have witnessed and been apart of the work that they do first hand and think that it is a worthwhile cause and I am proud to be part of it.
