I'm doing a 2.4 mile sea swim on the Friday night, a 112 mile cycle on Saturday and a marathon on Sunday!  So, an ironman triathlon over 3 days! 

I'm raising money for Blaenau and its sister centre, Llys Caradog, as they give much needed respite care to children and their families. This often enables families to stay together especially during difficult times.
