WHY SOS CHILDRENS VILLAGES BOSNIA

Imagine asking a child if they could have anything for their house, what would they ask for.  Imagine the response being "a new door to keep the cold out this winter".   I didnt have to imagine this scenario, it actually happened to me. 

I met and fell in love with the children of Bosnia and when you understand Bosnia's past, you understand that these very children are the greatest hope that Bosnia has to truly mend its aged war wounds and once again take its rightful place amongst economically sound countries. 

SOS Childrens Villages does not wallow in the truly terrible pasts of the children but focuses on giving them a better tomorrow.  Giving them that tomorrow has a price.  If you have never heard of the charity, there is a good reason.  They do not spam for donations and they do not produce glossy fancy literature to hand out.  The money they receive goes to the children and they depend on ordinary people to spread the word and help.  Here I am...... and I hope you will make my goal of 5000 Euro a little closer to reality.  Thank you for even looking, it means a great deal that you bothered at all :)
