In a moment of madness and due to my impending 50th birthday, didn’t want to be 50 and unfit I signed up Paul and myself to do a little challenge...............MK to Amsterdam, only 300km in 3 days!! 

Paul has participated in various charity rides over the years, me however hasn’t been on a bike since a child, that’s quite a few years ago now so all my hard work of first trying to get fit then get on a bike will be worth it to raise the much needed money for Willen Hospice a place I know well as I work there. I see on a daily basis the dedication and hard work that all staff put in to provide invaluable care and support to patients, and their families, affected by a life limiting illness. To continue it's amazing work, the Hospice needs to raise £9 a minute

This will allow the dedicated staff of Willen and volunteers to give compassionate, specialist support to patients, and their family members, to help deal with, as they wish to, the physical and emotional effects of both their illness and treatments.

Any donations would be greatly appreciated doesn’t matter how big or how small it all helps and will easy our / my pain of sitting in a saddle while training and for the 300km that we will be cycling in June.
