Story

Our story! Firstly we would like to thank you so very much for supporting us in this challenge. We, Team WUMP being Jonte Thomson, Michael Britton & Alison Woodward are sleeping out in Manchester on 9th November 2012.
We, like most have so much and so many have so little. It's Jonte's Birthday on the 25th December and as it's a milestone he wanted to give something back, so this year we have decided to support the homeless.

It's winter, cold and wet. All to often we come across people in the street who really do need help. If you have ever taken the time to stop and chat, you will understand that they are important individuals just down on their luck. Not being judgemental - just listen, offer an ear, offer a cup of hot coffee, or just a smile, but remember that at the end of the day you will be home with a warm house, hot meal and a warm bed, the basics which some do not. So all we ask is that you support us in helping those who are in need tonight, every night and by helping a stranger get warm then you too feel the warmth in your heart by giving.

Thank you so very much Jonte, Mike and Alison xxx
