Now I know I'm not known for my sporting abilities, but I've decided to go for it and do this half marathon.

I'm supporting Bowel Cancer UK as Si's dad (my soon-to-be-father-in-law) has just been diganosed. And my own Dad was a big supporter of cancer charities.

It may pain you to reach for your wallet - especially when there are SO many worthy causes to support - but don't forget it won't be nearly as painful as me actually completing this run! So if you can find a few pennies, I'd be more than pleased...no pressure then...
