We care for children & young people with life-threatening conditions across Cambs, Essex, Norfolk & Suffolk and support their families. This can be at home, in hospital or at one of three hospices at Milton, The Treehouse and The Nook. We rely on voluntary donations for the majority of our income.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am cycling LEJOG in memory of my very good friend  Simon Williams. I mentioned my ride to Simon in my last conversation with him and he laughed saying ‘what on one of those things without engines’. Simon devastatingly and unexpectedly passed away last weekend.

Simon was the son of George Williams, The Founder of Anglian Windows, who sadly passed away 8 years ago. The Williams’ are a great family who have been hit by this sudden loss. I want something positive to come out of this very sad time. Carole Edgcombe, Simons Mum asked for me to donate any funds raised to a children’s hospice, I have chosen EACH.

James Walgroves, Team RideHarder captain will be writing a blog each day, you can find this via his fb page Ride harder or rideharder.co.uk

Please give what you can towards this worthwhile cause and support us on our 900+ miles journey.
