In case anyone would like to make a donation in dad's memory, we have chosen Queen's House in Kelso as the beneficiary.  As many of you know, dad was resident there for most of this year and received the most incredible care.  This was of enormous comfort to mum and me as dad's illness progressed.  The love, kindness and support the QH team provided to all of us (including dad's visitors) was outstanding and made a very challenging journey far more bearable.  We are incredibly grateful for the team's efforts and enormous contribution to his well-being.  They couldn't have done more for us and even Beanie was provided with her own water bowl and treats for visits!  It's a very special place.
