Myself and Joel (my Brother In Law)will be taking part in a half Ironman on the 5th June and a full Ironman on the 17th of September, that’s a 2.4 mile swim, followed by a 112 mile bike ride and to finish a 26.2 mile run (marathon) all to raise vital funds for Head For Change.

Neither of us have ever done an Ironman before so this is a massive challenge for us both.
