About the Serve-A-Thon Every year as a ministry, we attempt to raise funds in order to help our students pay for summer camp. That said, we like to do it in a very special way. You see, our passion is "to be known by our love." So we like to raise funds in a way that benefits our community, our students, & the donors. That is why we came up with the "Serve-A-Thon. This event benefits three participants: 1. Streetlight USA: This is the organization we will be serving. 2. The Donor: Donations are tax deductible. 3. The Student: Donations that students receive go directly to their cost of camp (example: $100 donation = $100 off the cost of camp).
