The most active time of year is upon AAF once more! Sports Relief
has come round with much applause and we’ve got another group of challenges and activities to keep us active and exhausted. If you remember last time, we did
the 24 Hour Treadmill Challenge. This year, we’re going for something just as
ambitious: 10,000 steps per Foodie, per day, Monday - Friday. That’s 1,650,000
steps in total, which works out at around John O’Groats to Lands End, and then
back to approx. Torquay. If you’re wondering the significance of Torquay, there
is none, we just wouldn’t have gotten any further...
We’ve got a bunch of activities to help us reach our milestone
whilst having even more fun. These include:
3-legged races around out car park.
A half an hour table tennis rally with a twist: each player has to
move around the table whilst keeping the rally going.
Assault course around the office, including fancy dress as our
favourite sports star.
And now for the donating! Of course, we’ll all be giving from
within the team, but we’d love your help too! Sports Relief is an awesome
cause, aiding regional, national and international causes. If you’re inspired
by our story, then please donate. We’ll be providing updates throughout the week
with added embarrassing pictures and a blog summary of the week.
Thanks a bunch for reading our story, and happy donating!
