Allan's Giving tax benefit to those less fortunate

Giving tax benefit to those less fortunate · 28 January 2021
I have written a blog post about how many people, who have had to work at home for all or part of 2020/21, due to the pandemic, can claim tax relief. In many cases £62.40, in a lot of cases more.

For a lot of people, the extra money will make a big difference. For some people, it will be of help; and for more fortunate people, it will hardly be noticed, if at all.
I am therefore hoping that some people will make a claim and donate some or all of their saving to one of the two charities that I am supporting: The Trussell Trust, and Samaritans. This page is for those who wish to donate to The Trussell Trust.
The Trussell Trust
Our vision is for a UK without the need for food banks. We say this because it’s not right that anyone cannot afford their own food. That’s why we are working towards a just, compassionate future, where no one should have to use a food bank to get by.Our vision is ambitious, but we know that if we work together it is possible. We can create a future where nobody goes hungry, because nobody will allow it – when we work Together for Change.#TogetherForChange
