This year I am taking part in three BHF events, London to Brighton (L2B) day ride, which I completed on June 15th. Next the Worcestershire bike ride on 29th June (48 miles) - completed in 3 hours 10 minutes and finally the London to Brighton Night Ride on July 13th (60 miles from Tower Bridge to Madeira Drive, Brighton).

I am hoping to raise a modest £150 in total for the three events. The picture above, was taken at the finish of the  L2B day ride.
