The skills you develop, the confidence you build and the joys you feel are all universal. Yet access to swimming in the UK is not. At Level Water, we use the power of swimming to improve lives for children with disabilities. Everyone should have the opportunity to learn to swim and fall in love with the water.

I’m Allegra, and I have always loved swimming - from splashing at the seaside to swim team competitions. I’ll be swimming 10k in my local river, The Dart, in September. The furthest I have gone in open water is 2.5k so this is a big jump! I’ll be raising money for Level Water, who are increasing access to the joy of swimming for children with disabilities 💛
