All Hallows Church is a beautiful Grade 1 listed Saxon building in the village of South Cerney, Gloucestershire supported by a welcoming and friendly church family. Funds raised will support the work of the church and help us preserve our historic building for generations to come.

Story

Various members of the church family at All Hallows South Cerney have set themselves challenges to be completed over a 2 week period to raise funds for the church whose finances have been affected by the Coronavirus pandemic.

Taking part is our Vicar Jennifer, Kathryn, James, Joan, Martin, Jack, Louise, Mark, Roger, Matthew, Nathan, Margaret, Mary, Ruth and Claire.

Our challenges include climbing flights of stairs to the height of various mountains, learning to knit socks, walking 10,000 steps a day, learning to ride a bike, using an exercise bike to cycle the distance to Gloucester Cathedral, putting on a virtual concert, knitting tiny hats, walking over 5 miles around the village using a rollator, covering 100 miles on a cross trainer, and running a half marathon.

Thank you so much for your support in helping us as we raise funds to support the work of our church and to preserve our beautiful historic building for future generations.
